Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Patriot Family Dental strives to see all patients at their scheduled appointment time; however, wait times may occasionally occur due to the nature of dental care. Payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless prior financial arrangements have been made with our office. We accept most major insurance plans, cash, check, all major credit cards, and contactless payment options.
